    1) By signing up for an UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP at (www.crossfitsv.com/join), I am committing to a 12-month agreement and receiving the 6-week challenge for $0. I understand I am obligated for the payments of my membership and any cancelation fees associated with terminating my membership prior to the required term.

    2) All memberships are paid in advance of service sale date on a WEEKLY payment schedule through automatic electronic payment (credit/debit card, ACH).

    3 "Earn While You Burn": Membership rate will be permanently reduced by $1 per month for every pound (lb) of weight loss or $4 for every % of body fat lost during the initial 6-weeks and after official weigh-in date. Official weigh out date will occur in week 6 of the challenge with accountability coach. Maximum discount of $20 a month. Discounts will be applied AFTER the initial two months of membership.

    4) To be eligible for the "Earn While You Burn" discount, the buyer is responsible for adhering to the rules and standards laid out in this document for the Standalone 6-Week Challenge.

    5) There are no refunds for membership fees after signing up. Failure to attend does not constitute credit, refunds or cancellation.

    6) Early cancelation of membership will result in a $75 fee for each month remaining on the membership term (12 months).

    1)    Submitting $599 down payment will be returned at end of 6 weeks after a successful body transformation or credited for membership.

    2)    A successful body transformation entails a loss of either 20lbs OR 5% Bodyfat as measured on in-house Omron monitor or in-house scale within 42 days official “weigh-in day” captured by facility employee on the in-house system.
     
    3)    Buyer must attend 3 workouts minimum per week during the 6-week period (unless out of state). If out of state, the buyer must communicate this to their coach. A workout is credited only if checked in on Facebook. Buyer must check in on Facebook into facility AT LEAST 18 times during the 6week period to receive a refund.

    4)    Buyer agrees to weigh in weekly and recording their stats prior to each SATURDAY AT 11:00 AM in order to increase accountability unless out of state. If out of state, buyer must communicate weigh-in to their coach by SATURDAY at 11:00 AM.

    5)     Buyer agrees to write a review of the facility on Google, Yelp, or Facebook after, 6-week program is over and must submit a review prior to the final weigh-out meeting and receive a refund.

    6)    To be eligible for a refund, buyer must pay off the entirety of the deposit prior to the 5th week of the program. If a payment plan is made, and one or multiple deposits are declined, it is up to the challenger to rectify billing. If the full deposit is not received by week 5 of the program, prior partial deposits are forfeited.

    7)    Once the buyer has gone through the nutrition consultation, there is no way of receiving a refund except after the completion of a successful challenge, except in the case of injury, pregnancy, or moving beyond a 20-mile radius of CrossFit Silicon Valley. In the case of the above exceptions, only half of the deposit amount shall be returned. Example: client realizes in their 2nd week that they will be switching locations for work and location is no longer convenient, half of the original deposit will be refunded, and half will be kept as payment for all the materials received (nutrition plan, grocery list, online membership, accountability group, cookbook, at home workouts, eating out guide).
