Happy Friday everybody! Let's talk about yesterday. Thursdays are special you have their normal classes throughout the day then the afternoon there's a little variety. In the afternoon starting at 5 p.m. We have our boot camp class which focuses on bodyweight movements and monostructural cardio. At 5:30 is the workout of the day, then at 6:30 we have an Ultra specific Olympic lifting Focus class with Coach Andréa. You go through all kinds of accessory movements which help you master the skills of weightlifting. To top it all off we usually stay after to do a Topper special although the requirement is that you have to stick it through the weightlifting class. The Topper special is a quick metcon designed by our very own Tony Topper.
